This visualization is a graphical representation of one of the Quipu in the Smithsonian collection. Quipu (also written Khipu) were an ancient record keeping device created in Central and South America by indigenous Andeans, prior to Spanish colonization.
This project aimed to find patterns in traffic accident data, both in terms of days of the week and severity of accidents, among six U.S. cities.
I visualized three types of complaints that the NYPD received during the last two years: residential noise complaints, street/sidewalk noise complaints, and non-emergency police matters, demonstrating a spike due to the first COVID19 lockdowns.
I created this visualization for a literary press in order to illustrate the flow of publishing and distributing a book.
This interactive dashboard allows the user to easily compare access to abortion services, as well as counseling and waiting periods, between states. It also shows how the absence of Roe v Wade would affect this access.
This timeline was created as part of the CGDV hackathon, and shows how immigration in Sweden has changed in correlation with certain asylum laws.
